Sonya Emery has been a massage therapist since 2000. Her practice concentrates on Deep Tissue (myofascial release) and Sports Massage, which stems from her experience as a professional athlete. Her clients include athletes and dancers, as well as individuals with repetitive stress injuries and neck and shoulder tension. Her goal for each client is to increase their general wellbeing after each session, whether relieving pain, reducing stress, or enhancing athletic performance.
